At Balaji Institute of Technology, we maintain transparency in fees and refund policies. Students are requested to read carefully:

• Course Fee: Once paid, the registration and course fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

• Exceptions:

  • Refunds may be considered only in the case of technical errors during online payment (duplicate payments, failed transactions).

  • If a course is canceled by BIT due to low enrollment or other administrative reasons, the student will be offered a refund or transfer.

• Request Process: Refund requests must be made via written application or email to [ajiteshakg@gmail.com] within 7 working days of payment.

• Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
